Initiated by the Alxa SEE Ecological Association, the Guangdong Zhushuiyunshan Nature Conservation Foundation ("Zhushuiyunshan Foundation") was officially registered and established with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on December 1, 2021. Its supervisory unit is the Guangdong Provincial Department of Natural Resources. The foundation is dedicated to the protection of natural resources and ecological restoration in Guangdong. It promotes urban biodiversity conservation by protecting and utilizing small-scale wetlands near urban communities and supports residents in taking action on climate change to actively contribute to the nation's carbon peak and neutrality goals.

Guangxi Yijie Technology Co., Ltd.

Guangxi Yijie Technology Co., Ltd. (established in 2017) is a specialized and innovative enterprise with the mission of "Protecting Nature with Technology," dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for ecologica l conservation, from smart devices to system integration. Its core business includes drone patrols and intelligent biodiversity monitoring. The company focuses on UAV, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT technologies. It has successfully analyzed over 2 million infrared camera images and established the first AI algorithm model for biodiversity in Guangxi. Its independently developed species identification system has filled a domestic gap and effectively solved the challenge of data recovery in communication blind spots within protected areas. Furthermore, its developed coastal waste management system has increased disposal efficiency by 70%, significantly improving the efficiency of ecological monitoring and protection.

Vana Asia Community Reforestation Enterprise

Vana is a developer focused on Nature-based Solutions, with a core mission to bring new life to forests and communities across Asia. Vana's flagship program is the ACRE uses a blended finance model that integrates equity, debt, and grant funding. Grants support the project's design, funding crucial technical assistance and feasibility studies to establish frameworks for risk safeguards and impact measurement. Crucially, it also de-risks the investment for private capital, enhancing the project's credit and access to capital. To further optimize the capital structure and protect investors, the project will also seek concessional capital and other enhancements, such as guarantees or concessional credit.
